Refund Policy

At More Than Movement, LLC, we want all our clients to be completely satisfied with our coaching services. We believe in our programs and stand behind them 100%, but we understand that they may not be a perfect fit for everyone. That’s why we offer a refund policy that allows clients to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a questionnaire explaining why they are requesting a refund and provide evidence of efforts made to ensure success of the program. The evidence may include completed assignments or other relevant information. The request for refund must be made after 14 days but before 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Processing

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request and are processing it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a client is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To protect our business, we reserve the right to deny a refund request if the client fails to provide sufficient evidence of efforts made to ensure the success of the program, or if we suspect any misuse or abuse of our coaching services. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent a client from completing our program or achieving their desired results.

By using our coaching services, clients agree to our refund policy and terms and conditions.
