Yes! I am happy to write functional movement programming for you!

This is my most requested style of programming as the movements are ones that help you move better in your daily life! No matter your skill level and ability there’s a modification for you.

Our need for movement varies not by type but by degree. Meaning we all need to know how to properly perform a squat (what we do every time we sit down)- but the kind of squat and load (if any) will likely be different for you compared to your grandma. My programming is tailored to where you are and where you want to be. And if something changes- we change it!

Oh! And I have a way of making it fun too!

Not only will you have access to me via text and voice note, but we will also have weekly check-ins to talk about how things are going and make sure we are headed full steam ahead to your goals!

Real talk time:
If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me, “What can I do that will work for me?” I’d be typing this to you from my own island in the Bahamas. 

Here’s the secret (the “magic pill” if you will): The magic pill is the one that you are going to consistently take. That’s why some things work for some people and not others.

And that’s what makes working with me different. I’m not going to tell you “do this one thing because it is the gospel.” I’m here to help you figure out what your magic pill is. What the thing is that you’re going to consistently do. 

Maybe that’s functional movement, maybe it’s a dance class- you won’t know until you try. But you will never try until you have the confidence to get started. And that’s where I come in. 

So while I can’t promise this will work for you, I can promise I will show up and support you while we figure out what your “magic pill” is.

Full transparency: I was told that this is a big “no no” in any kind of coaching so for the longest time I said, “OK. No refunds it is.” 

But what time has taught me is that we need reassurance and safety in knowing that there’s a net when we jump. 

So yes, it’s available. After 14 days and before 30,  you can get a refund. 

After 14 because you need to try this new you on and see what it’s all about. Before 30 because by then you will know. So that means you can request a refund between days 15 and 29 of your program’s official start date. That way you can take your first step towards confidence by knowing I’ve got you if you decide this isn’t for you. 

But I’m happy to say no one has taken me up on that.
